REQ Suite
Terms of Use
Effective August 7, 2026
These terms govern the public website at reqbuild.com and the REQ Suite applications. By using the website or signing in to the applications, you agree to them. If you use REQ Suite on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that company, and “you” includes the company.
The service
REQ Suite is construction billing workflow software for subcontractors: pricing and tracking change orders, keeping contract value current, and preparing AIA-style requisitions. Access to the applications is provided to companies and the users they authorize; there is currently no self-service signup.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in credentials confidential, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization. You are responsible for activity under your account. Within a company, the company’s administrators control which people have access and what role each person holds, and the company is responsible for keeping that access current.
Authorized business use
Use the service only for your company’s legitimate business purposes and only through the access and role you have been given.
Your company’s information
The project, contract, change-order, and billing information your company enters belongs to your company. You are responsible for having the right to use the information you enter and for its accuracy. We process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Notice, and the applications include document and spreadsheet export so your company can keep its own copies of its records.
Your responsibility for what you submit
REQ Suite helps prepare and organize project billing records, but it does not replace professional judgment. You remain responsible for reviewing your project, contract, change-order, billing, and financial information — including any documents the applications generate — for accuracy and completeness before relying on it or submitting it to anyone. REQ Suite does not provide accounting, legal, tax, or construction-contract advice.
Intellectual property
The REQ Suite software, website, and their design and content (excluding your company’s information) are protected by intellectual-property law, and these terms do not transfer any ownership in them to you. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the service without obligation to you.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access accounts, companies, or data you are not authorized for;
- Do not interfere with the service or circumvent its security or access controls;
- Do not use the service to store or transmit unlawful content;
- Do not resell the service or make it available outside your company;
- Do not scrape or bulk-extract the applications by automated means.
Availability and changes
REQ Suite is early-stage software under active development. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be interrupted; we do not promise uninterrupted availability, and no service-level commitment is offered at this time. We work close to our customers and aim to communicate significant changes.
Third-party services
The service runs on cloud infrastructure providers, and their availability affects the service. Your own systems — your email client, browser, and network — are outside our control.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from use of the service; and our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amounts your company paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access to the service for breach of these terms, security risk, or misuse. A company’s administrators may remove its own users at any time. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive — including those covering your company’s information, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations — survive the end of access.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will update the effective date at the top of this page, and material changes will be noted on the site. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms. The current version is always at reqbuild.com/terms.
